There are 3 miniclubs for small kids. There are over 600km of Ski Pistes, more than 200 Ski Lifts and 25 mountain peaks. Val Thorens is
the longest toboggan piste in France.

WHY not Val Thorens
There are still some bad lift queues.
Because of Guaranteed snow some of Val Thorens pistes are very crowded with dangerous intersections.
Consider Val Thorens if you main objective is to Ski as there is not much to do off the slopes.
Parts of the village are less nice to walk through at night than at the day.
Val Thorens becomes very bleak in bad weather closing many of(if not all) its lifts.
